Terms of Service.
Effective May 12, 2026. These terms govern access to the TrueSign website and any institutional engagement with Data World 1, LLC.
1. Parties
The TrueSign platform and the truesignsecurity.com website are operated by Data World 1, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with offices at 8383 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 323, Beverly Hills, California 90210 ("TrueSign", "we").
2. Eligibility
The website is intended for institutional visitors. Information provided through this site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute an offer to sell, license, or solicit investment in any jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
Visitors may not attempt to probe, scan, reverse engineer, or otherwise compromise the website or any TrueSign system. Automated scraping is prohibited absent written authorization. Coordinated security research should be directed via the Responsible Disclosure policy.
4. Intellectual property
TrueSign, the TrueSign mark, and all site content are the property of Data World 1, LLC. The TrueSign protocol is the subject of USPTO Application 19/644,477. All rights reserved.
5. No warranty
The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueSign disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
6. Limitation of liability
TrueSign is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from access to or use of the website. Master agreements with institutional customers govern the platform separately.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
