Effective May 12, 2026. This notice describes how Data World 1, LLC handles personal information collected through institutional engagement with TrueSign.
1. Scope
This notice applies to information collected through truesignsecurity.com, briefing requests, investor inquiries, and direct correspondence with TrueSign personnel.
2. Information we collect
Name, role, institutional email, organization, country, sector, optional notes you provide, and basic technical telemetry necessary to operate the website (IP address, user agent, request timestamps).
3. Purposes
To respond to institutional briefing and investor requests; to evaluate qualification for NDA-gated materials; to operate, secure, and improve the website; to satisfy legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Our processing relies on legitimate interests in operating an institutional business; performance of pre-contractual steps requested by you; consent where required; and legal obligation.
5. Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We disclose information to service providers under contract (hosting, communications, analytics), to legal and professional advisers, and where compelled by law or regulator.
6. Retention
We retain institutional contact information for the period necessary to evaluate and conduct the engagement, plus a reasonable archival period for audit and dispute resolution.
7. International transfers
TrueSign is a United States company. Where information originates outside the United States, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards.
8. Your rights

TrueSign maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards proportionate to the institutional nature of the data. No system is impenetrable; coordinated disclosure is invited via our Responsible Disclosure policy.
